Conversations about joy, emotional intelligence, resilience and bouncing back — and the skills that help people of all ages live more fulfilling, joy-filled lives.

Joy + Emotional Intelligence,
Two Areas, One Bigger Conversation

Andrew’s work sits at the intersection of two deeply connected areas: understanding what helps us live more joy-filled lives, and building the emotional skills that help us navigate life along the way.

The Art and Science of Joy

Emotional Intelligence

Helping adults discover and implement their own Recipe for Joy — grounded in science, shaped by personal experiences, tested in practice and designed to be lived in everyday life.

Helping children and families develop practical emotional skills that support resilience, relationships and more joy-filled lives — learning to notice, name, understand and express their feelings, and choose a helpful next step.
