The Joy Barometer

We use the Joy Barometer to allow people to check in with themselves and evaluate their lives on the 12 key ingredients of joy, as well as to provide them with an overall My Joy Score. By measuring both at the beginning and at the end of the workshop program, participants can track how the program has helped them add more joy to their lives.
