She experienced herself the harms of the lack of sleep, and dedicates yet her time to guide others taking care of this magical ingredient.

In this podcast, we evoked themes such as:

-The fundamental role of the digestive system and its possible cause for health unbalances.

-The power of breathing and its connection with sleep and the nervous system.
