In this episode, I discussed the Joy Superpower Sleep with Alison Anandi Francis.
Anandi is an international sleep expert who worked in the wellness field for 30 years.
Wearing several hats such as Ayurvedic consultant, NLP instructor and hypnotherapist, medication instructor, breath coach… she helps people who struggle with just about everything, and particularly sleep. She experienced herself the harms of the lack of sleep, and dedicates yet her time to guide others taking care of this magical ingredient.
